Rates are based on a number of variables including the service required, weight, dimensions and destination. Please complete the Quote Request form online or contact our sales department at + 44 (0) 127 735 1500 for Sea Cargo and + 44 (0) 208 897 3891 for Air Cargo.

All items will need some form of packaging. The type of packing will depend on the nature of the goods and the method of transport chosen. Generally speaking, you should pack the goods securely, to your own satisfaction, to avoid damage en-route. There are special regulations governing the packaging of hazardous cargo.

This will depend on the destination and the service selected. We can advise on transit time based on service selection at the time of booking or on request for quotation.

If you are a regular shipper, you are provided with our credit terms norms and if not, we will usually require cleared funds in advance of delivery or shipment.

We can base a quotation on estimated weights and dimensions. We will weigh and measure your consignment on receipt and adjust the quotation accordingly.

This is a largely maritime term, meaning that the consignment will not fill a full 20ft or 40ft container. This will mean that the shipment will become part of a group age container and entail additional handling. See our list of Incoterms for more industry standard information.

This will depend on the shipment terms chosen, but local port handling, customs clearance and delivery etc, will be applicable and will vary with the port or airport chosen and distance of the Consignee from the port. We can advise, as necessary, at the time of quotation.
